Cottage Chalet And Tours - Dilijan

The staff was friendly and proficient at customer service. The room was clean and had a great view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable, and the location was amazing and exceptional, being close to both the center and the hill. This is my favorite property in Dilijan.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its amazing location and affable staff. Location: the property was just off Dilijan and the hill and the center. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room we had included central heating, TV and a fridge.

The place had a separate bedroom which was really nice. The location was amazing and we also loved the fact that there was free on-site parking! 😊

The setting was stunning, really close to nature and the center. The hotel was situated approx 10-15 minutes' walk from S. Gevorg.

Great location right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient to reach all the main attractions. The room I stayed in had central heating and a dining area, which was really nice and made my stay more comfortable. 📍

The central location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the local area. the rooms are incredibly comfortable, and the facilities are second to none. the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is a delight - especially the coffee! Plus, the views from the rooms are spectacular, truly breathtaking.

The management could do with some improvement.

The room was clean and had a great view of the mountains, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a tub, and the location was close to nature and the town center.

The leisure facilities were great and it was nice to have helpful staff on hand. The location was also stunning, surrounded by nature with lovely views. Plus, we were pleased with the availability of free parking.

There were a few things that could have been better. the restaurant service was quite slow and the food didn't quite hit the mark.

We loved the hotel's location close to the center and transportation, offering fine sunsets and sunrises. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided an excellent breakfast selection. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.

Had a wonderful Christmas holiday with friends. the hotel's leisure facilities were fantastic and we particularly enjoyed making use of the small pool and restaurant. the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options and was a great way to start each day. the location was perfect, situated in a lovely area with breathtaking mountain views and close to the town center.

the communication with staff was a struggle as none of them spoke English, Russian or any of the other languages we tried.
